2. Custom Proposal Delivered
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining your full-service or bespoke package. You can accept or decline — no pressure.
3. Agreement & Deposit
Review and sign your contract, then secure your date with a 25% (non-refundable) deposit.
4. Kickoff Planning Meeting
A 1–2 hour session to discuss event basics, establish your budget, and set up your dedicated online folder for planning materials.
5. Ongoing Progress Updates
Receive fortnightly email updates on planning milestones, so you always know exactly where your event is at.
6. Direct Event Support
Enjoy continuous WhatsApp support for quick questions and direct access to your dedicated Event Manager.
7. One Month Out Meeting
A detailed review to finalise logistics, activities, and last-minute adjustments.
8. One Week Out Meeting
Final preparation session to ensure every detail is confirmed and your event is set for success.
